Why can’t I attach a document?

If you are getting the error message “File cannot be found” when trying to attach a document, the first thing to check is the Trusted Site settings in your internet browser. Make sure the following links have been added as trusted sites:

  • https://[customer].corporatefocus.net (replace [customer] with the domain in your custom URL)
  • https://www.corporatefocus2.net
