Two Step Software to Unveil Latest Release of Corporate Focus at 2009 ILTA Conference

New release will feature enhancements that make sharing client documents and printing stock certificates faster and simpler for law firms.

Needham, MA – July 20, 2009 — Two Step Software, Inc., the leader in equity tracking and online minute book solutions for law firms, will unveil the latest release of its browser-based, hosted software application Corporate Focus™ at next month’s International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. The latest version of the software, to be released in August, will feature enhancements that allow for comprehensive management of client entity documents from inception to sale or acquisition.

The latest release of Corporate Focus will offer a document export feature that can significantly reduce the time spent producing copies of minute book and other legal documents in connection with due diligence requests. It is also expected to enhance the stock certificate printing process. In addition to enabling two-sided printing, Corporate Focus will allow users to print the certificate design onto blank paper along with the stockholder data, eliminating the need to purchase pre-printed forms from legal stationary stores and printers. The upcoming software release will also include a number of other technical improvements such as faster search-by-name functionality, easier option vesting management, and support for Internet Explorer 8.
