Two Step Software to Present at Aspirations 2011 Conference

Jeremy Wright to Discuss the Pre-IPO to Public Transfer Agent Transition Process

Needham, MA – July 19, 2011 – Two Step Software, Inc., the market leader for consolidated entity life-cycle management, ownership administration, and equity compensation reporting, announces that Jeremy Wright, its Chief Operating Officer, will be a panelist speaker at the upcoming Aspirations 2011 conference. The inaugural event is an equity compensation conference for executives and stock plan administration staff from privately held, pre-IPO companies targeting a liquidity event in the next one to three years.

Wright will present a session entitled, “Tracking Your Stock: Cap Table Basics Pre-IPO and Transfer Agent Details Post-IPO,” along with Josh McGinn, Vice President of BNY Mellon Shareowner Services, and Marianne Snook, Founder and Principal of Stock & Option Solutions. The conference takes place July 26, 2011 at the Santa Clara Marriott in Santa Clara, California and is sponsored by Stock & Option Solutions.

The panel will discuss the process of preparing a private company for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and how to transition to a public transfer agent. They will explain how a company’s financial officers should organize stock and option plan information well in advance of a liquidity event. The presentation will also include information on common issues that arise as part of the IPO process. Panelists will speak about selecting a transfer agent, standard reports to send to the transfer agent, and working with the agent during the IPO process.

“Having worked on capitalization tables for hundreds of pre-IPO companies, I am pleased to be part of Aspirations 2011,” Wright said. “It will be the year’s premiere equity administration event for financial officers seeking guidance on the latest software and training practices for an IPO or exit. This is an exciting and hectic time for any company with an IPO strategy and it is critical that they prepare in advance to keep the process moving smoothly.”

This year’s conference will feature more than two dozen industry experts, including Barbara Baksa, Executive Director of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Elizabeth Dodge, Vice President of Product Management for Stock & Option Solutions, Inc., and Dan Walter, President and CEO of Performensation.

Other topics to be discussed at Aspirations 2011 include stock plan vendor selection, equity plan design, international considerations, equity accounting practices, participant communications, stock plan tracking and data management, and an overview of the complete IPO process for equity plans of privately-held companies.
