About Jeremy Wright

Jeremy serves as Chief Operating Officer for Two Step Software. He is responsible for overseeing all product enhancements for Corporate Focus, managing Two Step’s support and services group and maintaining the company’s internal operations. Over the past decade, Jeremy has helped thousands of companies with their capitalization tables, equity accounting under ASC Topic 718 (FAS 123R), and online minute books. Jeremy is an expert in the implementation of cloud solutions and was integral in moving Corporate Focus to a hosted platform and Two Step’s internal business systems to cloud-based offerings, such as Salesforce and Google Apps. Jeremy frequently speaks at leading industry events and contributes to various industry publications, as well as to the Corporate Focus Insight Blog. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming.
